All requests will be answered within 1-2 business days. Each session will be 45-60 minutes in duration.
INSURANCE: The only insurance accepted is MEDICARE. No other insurance will be accepted. My aim is to work with you to create an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals and improve your function, therefore this is a private pay practice.
What to expect during your evaluation:
- Your initial consultation will include an evaluation to review your medical history, and evaluate flexibility, strength, posture, balance and any functional deficits.
- Following the initial consultation, a custom treatment plan will be established to meet your goals.
